What is Chair Yoga?

​​​​Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Using a chair makes yoga accessible and safe for seniors and people with varying physical limitations. 

Chair Yoga poses can also be helpful in an office or art studio setting.

The poses of Chair Yoga are often adaptations

of Hatha yoga poses.

 

Chair Yoga can Help to Relieve Symptoms of:
